Job Description:
- Answer customers enquiries through email and phone
- Handle maintenance requests and assigne workers to clients office
- Keep on eyes the tickets status and update clients timely
- Prepare quotation, issue invoice and delivery not
- Communicate and coordinate with internal department, such as Technical, Sales, Supply Chain, etc
Job Requirment:
- Degree or Diploma holder
- Responsible, hardworking, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
