Major Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support, troubleshooting maintenance to security systems
- To be responsible for the maintenance services of Access Control, Burglar Alarm, CCTV systems
- To attend emergency call out service as requested by customer
- To report outstanding tasks, follow up customer issues and problems solving
- To demonstrate system operational procedures
- To provide technical advice to customers for any system upgrade, alternation, additional and improvement works
Requirements:
- Diploma / Certificate in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines
- One year relevant working experience
- Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, drive to success and able to work independently and under pressure
- Less experience and qualification will be considered as Technician. Attractive compensation and benefits packages will be offered to the right candidate.
