Company Secretarial Assistant

Job duties

  • To handle various Company Secretarial services to the clients as well as preparing the documents for resignation, appointment and change of Director's details in the record; incorporation and winding up;
  • To prepare and review various documents such as minutes, announcements, annual returns, significant controller register etc.
  • To prepare the documents for bank opening and CRS
  • To handle the company and individual tax returns
  • To assist the manager to prepare the documents and Ad-hoc report


  • At least 1 year relevant working experience, CPA firm and law firm are an advantage
  • Able to work independent with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good typing skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
