5.5 Day Work (alternate Saturday-off)
Working location: Kwun Tong (near MTR Station)

Job Responsibilities:

• System project management, including feasibility study, user requirement analysis, system design, functional specification, workflow design, testing, UAT, training materials, documentation and providing training and support to users;
• Experience in business process engineering and apply it to the analysis of current state as well as the design and development of future state by rightly engaging stakeholders and managing their expectations;
• Assist to enhance / setup system as well as accounting & operations workflow to build automation, business improvement and to streamline operational effectiveness and efficiency;
• Identify opportunities and develop initiatives to support efficiency improvement;
• Assist to develop and strengthen internal control procedures and policies, and prepare for ISO audit;
• Liaise with various parties including departments, users and vendors; and
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects

Requirements:

• Degree in business, Information System, or related disciplines;
• Minimum 1-2 years solid experience in HK large or multinational companies, in system implementation and support of ERP system and mobile application;
• Proven track record in process design, development and driving change in the business,
• Good knowledge of HK accounting standards, ERP system, mobile application and customization;
• Task oriented, energetic, self-motivated, detail minded, able to work and manage projects independently;
• A good team player, strong sense of responsibility to meet deadline and willing to work under pressure;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; 
• Immediately available is an advantage; and
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST/ ASSITANT MANAGER
