Technical Support Engineer


  • Perform user and some server side support on client's office
  • Handle IT helpdesk to perform troubleshooting and IT problems solving
  • Perform upgrade or migration tasks of software and PCs.


  • With 1-2 years of IT-Technical Support experience such as helpdesk support.
  • Have good knowledge of Windows,  PC and  TCP/IP Network
  • Good understanding of Network, System Monitor and Backup
  • Prefer to have Microsoft Certifications or CCNA
  • Have Diploma or above in relevant field or equivalent.
  • Good customer service attitude and able to deal to different type of users
  • Work independently & work with a team
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese & English
