Assistant Events Manager

Responsibilities

  • Recognize opportunities to maximize revenue by up-selling and offering enhancement to create outstanding events
  • Ensure seamless events by communicating well with guests and other departments to meet guests’ needs

Qualifications

  • A minimum of Higher Diploma in education level of related discipline
  • Minimum two years related working experience, preferrably in hotel
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external guests
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua with good writing skills
