Part time Bookkeeping and Admin

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare various book-keeping reports, financial administration, including preparation of monthly and ad hoc quotations, invoices and receipts, accounts receivable and payable, redemption of staff petty cash, cheques payment, bank deposit and work closely with the accounting company
  2. Handle monthly payroll and MPF administration, staff leave & attendance records and tax affairs
  3. Provide all reception support including incoming calls and courier arrangement
  4. In charge of general administration including stationery, office maintenance and business events support
  5. Follow up company BR, medical and insurances renewal matters and staff medical claim support

Requirements

  1. Independently handle full sets of accounts, general ledgers, financial statement, balance sheet, tax filing
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  3. Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  4. Familiar with HK Employment and legislation
  5. Proficiency in MS Office applications
  6. Knowledge in accounting software is an advantage
