Responsibilities 職責

• Daily Internal Mail Delivery Service
• 日常内部郵件處理
• Maintain Office, Meeting Room and Pantry Cleanliness & Disinfection
• 一般辦公室、會議室、茶水間清潔及消毒
• Pantry Arrangements & Serving Tea/Coffee; Ordering Office Supplies & Pantry Stock
• 茶水間運作安排及提供茶水服務；訂購辦公室及茶水間用品
• Outdoor Works (e.g. Delivery & Collection of Documents, banks, post-office & purchase of office supplies)
• 外勤工作，如送件、銀行入票、郵寄文件和購買文具等

Requirements 要求

• Form 3 or above
• 中三程度或以上
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
• 有基本電腦操作知識者更佳
• Sense of Responsibility, Team work, Work independently & Overtime work if required
• 有責任心，具團隊合作精神，具獨立工作技巧，或需超時工作
