Project Coordinator/ Assistant Business Analyst (S)

Job Description :

  • Join a rapidly expanding  team to deliver Best-of-Breed professional services to enterprise/public sector accounts
  • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis
  • To write professional comprehensive documentation, such as requirement specifications, functional specifications, implementation plans, test plans, user manual, etc.
  • To work with the Project Manager to support end-to-end application implementation services and project delivery
  • Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
  • Provision of pre-sales support for external customers

 Requirement :

  • Tertiary educated in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 1 year’s working experience in business analyst, solution advisory and/or software design;
  • Experience in WCMS ( sitecore , Adoba , TeamSite ) or CRM and Vender managemen from local and/or PRC is a plus
  • Strong business sense and good business writing skills
