Support Engineer

Job Description :

  • Identify and resolve problem on customers' problems and ensure an end-to-end service is maintained in an efficiency and effective way
  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting on hardware and software, and related networking problems
  • Involved in requirement specification acquisition and task planning
  • To communicate with customer to understand and resolve problem
  • To handle document issues and configuration
  • Understand and practice pro-active service methodology

 Job Requirements :

  • Higher Diploma or Relevant qualifications
  • 2-4 years IT experience, support engineer is an advantage
  • Solid experience in Server Virtualization platform (VMware), Storage System or inter-networking (switch & firewall) is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • More experience and Knowledge will be considered as Senior Support Engineer
