IT Helpdesk Support

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for all in-house technical support in network, hardware and software issues
  • Perform help desk support queries and computer operation duties for end users
  • Handle computer operation duties such as trouble-shooting, PC operation, etc.
  • Participate in IT procurement and implementation
  • Perform other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in IT Support / System administration
  • Related experience in troubleshooting and providing help desk support.
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve desktop & laptop, applications, server and network issues
  • Good communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
