Job Description:
- Assist team leaders in designing, launching and monitoring recruitment programs and challenges in order to achieve the Company’s recruitment target (e.g. event helpers / product promoters…etc)
- Manage day-to-day recruitment pipeline movement (from job posting, CV screening, interview; salary negotiations to onboarding)
- Attract talent via various source of recruitment channels
- Motivate candidates to develop their strengths and explore their passions
- Establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal team leaders in approving and establishing recruitment policies, procedures and best practices
- Prepare recruitment progress reports
- Provide support on general administration and other ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Five days work
Requirements:
- Tertiary education graduated in any disciplines.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skill
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Innovative, result-oriented, self-motivated & committed towards assigned achievement
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good knowledge of computer (MS Office, MS Excel)
- Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Pervious experience in mass recruitment / HR areas / manpower agency will be an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
Remuneration:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification. Benefits including 5-days work, MPF, Medical Scheme, Annual Leave will be offered to successful candidates.
