Assistant Administration Officer & Receptionist

Job Description

  • Provide support including procurement of office supplies, office and company premises maintenance, telephone system administration (IP phones, mobile phones, and SIM cards), monthly reports preparation, insurance administration and claims reporting, licenses and lease agreement renewal, invoice and payment follow up, manage company car booking, etc.,
  • Handle travel related matters and maintenance of travel expenses claim system users’ profile,
  • Perform general reception duties including greeting guests, handling phone calls, processing courier orders, handling incoming and outgoing mails, answering enquiries, housekeeping meeting rooms, etc.,
  • Support other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement

  • High Diploma with at least 3 years' relevant working experience preferably in multi-national company
  • Excellence telephone manner, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, well organized and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese, knowledge in Mandarin is a plus
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Administration Officer & Receptionist
