The Job

• Provide logistical support for issues management and events, including meetings, visits, community relations activities, and documentary projects.
• Assist in conducting desktop research, compiling reports, and handling business correspondences, presentation materials and procurement procedures.
• Maintain an efficient records management system and provide daily clerical support.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

The Person

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Public Relations, Communications, Social Science or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sizeable organisations.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy in using MS application, such as Word, Chinese Word Processing, Excel and PowerPoint.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
• Knowledge of digital media software tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) would be an advantage.
