Responsibilities:

• Conduct face to face meeting with corporate clients to identify and evaluate training needs
• Design training content and develop course materials for respective training courses
• Conduct public and/or in-house training programs for working professionals and corporate clients
• Provide consulting and solutions on issues regarding people/organizational development to corporate clients
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders on program quality and effectiveness

Requirements:

• 5 years and above experience in corporate training
• Preferably a Master Degree holder
• Excellent communication skills, articulate and presentable
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and classroom management skills
• Have analytical thinking, exposure to international business cultures
• Flexible, open minded and team spirited
• Fluency in English, Cantonese/Mandarin is an asset
