Restaurant Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including staff training and daily administration.
  • Plan and organize F&B promotions and special events of different clients, and ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Responsible for guest and associate satisfaction, leading the team to consistently deliver quality food and service to guests.
  • Responsible for the operations efficiency, marketing strategy and profitability.
  • Strive for continuous improvement on the service standard, product quality.
  • Regularly review the operations routines and identify the improvement needs of the current practice
  • Keep awareness of market trend, practice and equipment in the up-market restaurant and bar operations and catering establishment.
  • Coordinate and make recommendations to management in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Catering or Hospitality Management or related discipline;
  • Minimum 3 years solid experience in F&B industry, with at least 2 years in managerial level;
  • Similar capacity of managing up-market fine dining/ western cuisine restaurants experience is a definite advantage; 
  • Customer service oriented and able to deliver top-notch dining experience to our guests;
  • Strong knowledge in F&B operational workflow, cost control, and managing P&L as well as marketing;
  • Strong business sense, independent and good leadership skill with positive attitude;
  • Familiar with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel etc;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
