What you will do:

• Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and adding personal recommendations to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
• Provides guests with information about attractions, facilities, services, and activities in or outside the property
• Establish close contact with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests
• Assist guests in transportation arrangements: Limousine, flights, etc.

What you bring:

• 1 year customer service experience in luxury 5-star hotel
• Knowledgeable in local activities such as theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, and sightseeing
• Excellent trilingual skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal & problem solving skills
• Flexible to work on shifts including overnight, weekends & holidays
