The Lounge Captain

What you will do:

  • Expected to be an engaging and positive personality, with a teamwork ethic to offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience
  • Guide and mentor junior team member and showcase true passion for F&B
  • Able to work in a fast pace and busy environment
  • In charge of the section assigned
  • Handle money transactions
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned with a positive and curious attitude

What you bring:

  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • 3-5 year Food & Beverage supervisory experience; Prior Captain experience preferred
  • Willing to work on split shift
  • Several shift duties, including opening shift from 5:30am to 2:30pm and closing shift from 3:00pm to 12:00pm, etc.
