About the Role

With the increasing prevalence of diabetes and obesity in Hong Kong and Macau, we are seeking a Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing initiatives across cardiometabolic portfolios. The role provides hands-on exposure to healthcare professional (HCP) engagement, consumer marketing (including digital and social), and marketing operations, with a focus on execution excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns across HCP and consumer channels, ensuring high-quality and compliant delivery

• Support planning and coordination of CME programs, KOL engagement, and consumer initiatives (including digital and social media)

• Monitor campaign performance and provide practical observations to improve effectiveness

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure smooth and timely project execution

• Manage marketing operations, including documentation workflows (e.g., approvals), vendor coordination, budget tracking, and administrative processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related disciplines

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience gained from sizeable corporation

• Passionate in developing career in life science and healthcare industry

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactive, a team player, detail-oriented, strong organisational skills with ability to work in a fast-paced working environment

• Proficient in MS applications

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Chinese and Mandarin)
