Job Description

• Manage overseas customers to achieve sales, distribution, and profitability targets.

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecast analysis for management review.

• Liaise with all internal and external parties to ensure on-time, high-quality order fulfillment that meets customer requirements.

• Handle customer complaint and enquiries timely to maintain service efficiency and quality.

• Participate in activities related to Corporate Management System such as internal or external audit.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties/ assignments assigned by superiors.

Job Specification

• Diploma or above in related subjects.

• Minimum 2 years in Export Sales & Marketing role in FMCG.

• Good command in both spoken & written Chinese, English and Mandarin.

• Good command in using MS Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint).

• Well-organized and detailed-oriented with good communication, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills.

• Able to work under pressure and in a dynamic & fast paced environment.

• Occasional business trip is required when necessary.
