What you'll be doing...…
Lead the end-to-end merchandising process—from production to shipment.
Own production timelines to deliver on time, in full, and with accuracy.
Partner across teams, factories, suppliers, and international clients to align priorities.
Optimize factory throughput, capacity planning, and inventory health.
Identify and remove bottlenecks; shorten lead times and lift efficiency.
Uphold factory standards, quality assurance, and client requirements.
Track performance with data; manage plant budgets, expenses, and KPIs.
Travel to China and other locations to oversee schedules and resolve issues on-sit
What we're looking for....
Form 5 or above with over 5 years’ experience in factory, trading, or buying office preferred.
Detail‑driven, highly organized, calm under tight deadlines.
Strong communicator and negotiator; effective with clients and factories.
Excel power user (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) — must‑have.
Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Frequent travel to China required.
More experience considered for Senior Merchandiser.
Immediate availability is preferred.
