What you'll be doing...…
Assist in monitoring sales performance to create demand and production plans for product allocations in US retail chains.
Establish reports for analyzing weekly sales, customer performance, and data to identify potential business opportunities and risks.
Work with the in-house manufacturing and sales teams to establish an effective merchandising schedule to ensure high accuracy in order fulfillment and forecasting.
Adjust product allocation and replenishment plans according to sales trends, seasonal demand, promotion schedules, and retailers’ display requirements.
Assist in maximizing sales margin, inventory capacity, and production priorities.
What we're looking for....
At least 3 years in manufacturing/supply chain/retail industry.
Familiar in using Power BI/Power Query is highly preferred.
Independent and sensitive to data.
Great problem-solving and communication skills.
Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
Occasionally travel to China is required.
