What you'll be doing...…
Assistant in monitoring the sales performance to create a demand and production plan for the product allocations in US retail chains
Establish reports for analysing the weekly sales , customer preperformances and data to identify the potential business opportunities and risk
Work with in-house manufacturing and sales team to establish an effective merchandising schedule to ensure high accuracy of order fulfilment and forecast
Adjust the product allocation and replenishment plan according to sales trend, seasonal demand ,promotion schedule and display requirement of retailers
Assist in maximizing the sales margin, inventory capacity and production priority
What we're looking for....
At least 3 years in manufacturing/ supply chain/retail industry
Familiar in using Power BI/Power Query is highly preferred
Independent, and sensitive to data
Great problem-solving and communication skills
Good command of Cantonese , English and Mandarin
Occasionally travel to China is required
