Plan, develop and implement all marketing plans and new products in relation to new product development, advertising, consumer promotions, public relation and events of assigned products.
Support with new product opportunities to diversify company business and enhance existing products as required.
Closely coordinate with internal and external interfaces for assigned products in terms of product concepts, new product development, package designs, marketing literature designs, product launch programs, and in-store demonstration.
Prepare marketing reports / proposals and products presentation for internal interfaces and review & analyze P&L reports of assigned products.
Prepare market researches / analysis and collect / consolidate market information to capture any trends in consumer needs & buying habits, potential markets and competitors’ strategies.
Assist in other marketing activities namely premium house sourcing, premium design follow up, sample delivery and company sponsorship.
Perform other ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned by immediate superior.
Tertiary educated or above.
5 years solid experience in FMCG industry of Food & beverage categories preferred with potential of career growth.
Experience in manufacturing working environment is an advantage.
Good command in both written & spoken English and Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
Proficiency in using MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, problem solving skills
Flexible, analytical, well-organized, detail-minded and sensitive to figures.
Able to work under pressure and in a dynamic & fast paced environment.
