About the Role 

We are looking for an Assistant IT Project Manager to take charge of digital projects across the company. You will run cross-departmental business and IT projects on your own, from planning through to delivery, and make sure each project supports our wider business goals. The role sits between business stakeholders and technology teams, so you will spend a lot of time translating business needs into workable plans — and keeping projects on scope, on budget, and on schedule. 

What You Will Do 

• Lead projects independently — Run cross-departmental business and IT projects from start to finish, with full ownership of outcomes. 

• Shape scope and business cases — Work with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, gather requirements, and build business cases. 

• Plan and deliver — Build and manage project plans, and keep multiple projects moving at the same time. 

• Report on progress — Provide regular updates on schedule, budget, scope, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and business benefits. 

• Manage risks and resources — Arrange project resources, line up stakeholder support, and resolve issues before they become problems. 

• Handle vendors — Manage the full vendor cycle, from selection to relationship management and quality control of deliverables. 

• Close the loop — Run post-implementation reviews and hand over deliverables smoothly into day-to-day operations. 

What We Are Looking For 

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 

• Experience: At least 3 years managing large-scale, cross-departmental business or IT projects independently, with clear results to show for it. 

• Industry knowledge: Background in real estate, property management, or agency business is an advantage. 

• Methodology: Hands-on knowledge of Agile, SDLC, and common project management tools. 

• Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 preferred. Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean certification is a plus. 

• Soft skills: Experience leading cross-functional teams, with strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. 

• Work style: Self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and able to handle tight deadlines. 

• Languages: Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is a plus. 

Nice to Have 

• AI experience: Hands-on experience delivering AI-native projects, or applying AI tools (e.g. LLM-based applications, AI-assisted workflows) in project or business settings. 

• SAP experience: Experience with SAP implementation, integration, or related enterprise system projects.
