Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end software development cycle from user requirement gathering, requirement analysis, project documentation, status monitoring, UAT, training and implementation.

• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications or process flow charts and communicate with IT on technical solutions.

• Organize and lead project meetings to review progress, address issues, and make key decisions.

• Monitor project progress and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.

• Coordinate efforts of cross-functional teams, including Business, IT and Production teams to ensure proper change management and project success.

• Document project processes, decisions, lessons learned, and test results to support continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field.

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• Must have hands-on experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and operations workflows.

• Excellent analytic, problem solving and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with strong sense of ownership.

• Occasional travelling is required.
